1-20-2012 Physical forms are NOW available on
line for 2012 - link is on the bottom of this page. The rest of your packets will
be available at the Registration meeting on Feb.12th. 1st YEAR PLAYERS & returning players– Registration packets will be handed out at our REGISTRATION
MEETING on FEBRUARY 12th, 2012 at the REC CENTER from
5pm-6:30pm. Your participation fee of
$280.00 is expected at the time you pick up your packets to ensure
your son a spot on a team. As you may know, we are attempting to have a "cut-off" of approximately 25
players per team to ensure considerable playing time for EVERY player. This means that only 175 players will participate.
Please turn your
registration packets and payment in as soon as possible after the registration meeting. The
deadline will be March 18th for all paperwork and physicals.
Please note ALL players will be required to have a physical examination prior to commencement of the
season. We strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment for examination TODAY! Physician's offices are booking 2-3 weeks in advance as a result of the flu season
and colds. Your son WILL NOT play Lacrosse in 2012 without a physical examination. SAFETY of all participants
is first and foremost in our program. We strongly encourage a "real" examination if your son hasn't had one.
Taking height, weight and blood pressure is a far cry from the type of exam that might afford bringing a condition to the
forefront. Take this seriously...we do. IF your son has had an examination within one year of 3-18-2012, a copy of this
examination and physician's clearance on the registration form will suffice.
