Lacrosse is one of the best team sports. No matter how good a player is, he can not win a lacrosse game by himself. Teamwork is what gives a team strength. A team of average players who are playing well together will defeat a team of "stars" who only play well as individuals. Attendance and attitude at team practices are very critical to continued improvement and team chemistry. Please make every attempt to be at practice. Be the best that you can be....
