Lacrosse Stick:  

40"-42" (8U & 10U all players) (12U & 14U Attackers & Midfielders)

52"-72" (12U & 14U Defenders & optional for Midfielders)

40"-72" (10U, 12U, and 14U Goalies)

All age groups are required to wear a helmet (NOCSAE Certified), lacrosse shoulder pads (NOCSAE certified), lacrosse elbow pads, lacrosse gloves, colored mouth guard, protective cup, and cleats.  Any color helmet is acceptable, but most of the PT players wear white helmets. 

In addition to equipment above, goaltenders are required to wear a throat protector and chest protector.  Protective shorts and shin guards are very strongly recommended for all goalkeepers.
