Registration Instructions: New Players, you will need your son's birth certificate scanned in jpeg or pdf form to be uploaded to the US Lacrosse website for age verification. 

1. register(new player) or log into(returning player) the website by clicking the appropriate red button on the top right of the website.

If you are new to our system fill out the primary parent information and then additional parent information if desired and hit the green continue button.

Click on, I am parent or guardian registering a participant.

Fill out your son's information, enter emergency contact information and the click the green continue button.

2. Returning players you will need to confirm your emergency contact information before registering for the 2020 season. You will also need your USL number to register for the Spring 2019 season. If you don't know it, click on the box with the pencil next to your child's name and scroll down to Spring 2019 and copy down your son's USL number from the spring registration.

New players you will be prompted to register for a US Lacrosse number during the registration process. 
New players will need to upload your son's birth certificate to the US Lacrosse website to be age verified. 

3. Returning players then click back to my account at the top of the page

4. Then click on the red register now button on the top right of the page

5. Click on the program that your son is eligible for and click continue. Returning players will register according to your son's current grade. If you are new to PT lacrosse, please click the new to Peters Lacrosse button, do not click on your son's current grade.

6. If you are new to the program click on the USL membership signup link to the left of the box and click on the red join today button. Then click on the first time tab and enter your email address that you used to register your son. Enter your parent information and continue to follow the prompts.

Your child's name, address and DOB must match on our site and the US Lacrosse site or it will not allow you to proceed beyond the Peters registration page.

When you are asked to age verify your son please do so by uploading his birth certificate to the US Lacrosse website. When you are finished signing up your son for a USL number, be sure to print for your records or look directly under your child’s name and write down his lacrosse number. You will need to input it on our site. Then click back to the Peters registration tab to complete the registration process. Input his US Lacrosse number into question 1 and 3 and click on the I accept waiver box in question 2. Then proceed to fill out the rest of the questions. You will be asked for insurance and pediatrician information.

7. If you are a returning player click on the USL membership number signup or renewal link and it will open a new page on the USL member site to confirm that your membership is current through the Spring 2019 season.

8. Click on already a member?

9. Enter your email address associated with your son's USL number

10. enter your password and click the red log in button

11. If your son's USL membership will expire before 6/3/2019 it must be renewed.

12. Once the USL number has been renewed, go back to the Peters registration page to complete the fall league registration. Input your son’s US Lacrosse number into questions 1 and 3.

13. Click the I accept waiver box to confirm that your USL number is current and the proceed to answer all of the following questions and click the waiver boxes.

14. Click accept jersey fee (if you are a new player or a returning player who needs a new game jersey) at the bottom of the page. If you are a new player 1st pair of game shorts will be provided to you by the association.
If you are a returning player who needs a new pair of shorts, click on the uniform shorts fee box.
Then click continue at the bottom of the page.

15. We are asking that each family volunteer 1x in concessions and 1x as ender or spotter or announcer per child in the program.

If you wish to volunteer click on the green sign up button next to Concession, ender, spotter, announcer. If you don't wish to volunteer, click the I do not wish to volunteer button and a $50.00 charge will be added.
However, if the opt out fee is paid that only covers your volunteer duties. You will still be expected to help stock the concession stand when your child's team is asked to do so. This requirement is a nominal cost such as a case of water, box of candy, chips, hot dogs, frozen pretzels, etc. There will be a sign up genius created from which you will be able to choose what to contribute. 
That said, we are hoping that a large majority of our families will be able to volunteer a small amount of your time to help make the season run smoothly. 

Click the green continue button and the site will gather information on who will be fulfilling the volunteering duties. This information will be compiled and in the middle/end of March, once the season schedule has been finalized, volunteer signups for specific duties will be available.

16. Registration summary - make sure information is correct and click red continue button

18. Confirmation - click the I agree to terms and conditions box and then click on the green continue button.
